Do you offer great bulk pricing for big orders?
Yes, as a manufacturer and printer, we will give our clients great wholesale prices for bulk orders, it’s our promise.
Can I get a sample before I place the formal order?
Sure! What you need to do to get a sample is just to provide the design files to us and we’ll print and process them as per your requirements. It’s so simple!
Will I receive a print proof before the mass production?
Absolutely. We’ll provide printing proof to every client before the mass production starts, and we won’t charge you any extra for this part. To get a print proof, you need to provide print-ready files, or your LOGO, printed elements, then we can make designs from scratch, it’s FREE!
Can you guarantee that the colours will match?
We don’t guarantee a colour match, but we will try to come as close as possible. Orders are printed in CMYK, and it may not look exactly like what you see on your computer or mobile phone. Artwork supplied in RGB, PMS or other colours will be converted into CMYK before printing. Due to the different materials, printers, there may be slight variations in printed colours.
Can I get the final print-ready files?
Yes, we’ll send back the print-ready file that is designed or changed by us, it remains a property of the client, we only keep the printing artworks for repeat orders. We won’t charge you any extra for supplying such files.
Can I make changes to the artwork once it’s been approved?
No. After your artwork is approved, it will be directly put into mass production and you can not make any changes.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Since the orders are all custom printed, dispatch times can vary between 10 and 21 days, actual shipping times depend on location and the peak season, please note, that forces out of our control and public holidays can cause delays sometimes.
Where is my order printed, and how do you dispatch my order?
Your order will be printed and processed in our workshop in China, and as soon as it’s completed, we’ll dispatch it to you by air(light goodies) or by sea(normal orders).
