International Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If ship by normal air or courier, the estimated delivery time is 5-15 days.
If ship by sea, delivery days can vary from 15 days to 45 days, it depends on which country/region you are located in. For exact delivery timelines, please contact us.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We ship to physical addresses worldwide, and don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if shipped by a courier. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We will provide all shipping documents for customs clearance if the cargo is shipped by sea or by air.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ChinaSignco.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ChinaSignco.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently also ship within the territory of China, including Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong.
Returns Policy
We provide returns and refunds for the shipped orders conditionally, please send us an email declaring your request and our service team will tell you the handling procedures.
